I ordered the wrong size...what can I do? If you look at the back of your invoice you will find instructions on returning footwear. Please note that we cannot accept footwear with any signs of wear.
How do I order from Canada? Canadian customers must prepay with a money order. Shipping charge = $30. So take the cost of the footwear and add $30 for shipping.
Money order must be in U.S. dollars and MUST be made out to "Berlin Wall"
Send the money order along with a note stating the exact style/color you wish to order. Also include your name / address / phone# / email. Please be advised = We have heard that sometimes Canadian Customs charges duty to customers on top your payment to us. This is collected at the time of delivery and is out of our control.
Is it safe to place an online credit card order with you? The safety of your credit card information is our main concern...that is why when you actually enter in your credit card numbers it is done on PayPal's secured servers....one of the leaders in web-security.
Do you sell your email lists? Absolutely not. We hate spam too!
