Freight Policy
Shipping and handling charges on all orders vary depending on the type of
shipping selected and the location to where the goods are being sent to.
At this time Grindersfootwear.com only accepts orders within the U.S. and Canada
(Canadian customers must prepay with a money order made out in U.S. Dollars.
Canadian orders would need to email for shipping charges and total amount.)
For the Customer's protection (and our own), we ship only to the verified billing
address of the Customer's credit card.
Return Policy
( The following refund policy applies to all products except those stating their
own refund policy with the product description)
- Grindersfootwear.com return policy is simple. Within 14 days of receipt of goods, you may return the item as long as there is absolutely no signs of wear. (except sales items...see below). Grindersfootwear.com suggest trying the footwear on for a few seconds on carpet.

SALES ITEMS are sold AS-IS...no returns accepted
under any circumstances.

Any products returned MUST be 100 percent
complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have accessories
and documentation which were included in the box.
- You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Grindersfootwear.com will only reimburse for return shipping charges if the fault of the return is "Defect" or if Grindersfootwear.com is at original fault. Grindersfootwear.com will only reimburse for ground (standard) delivery charges.
- Grindersfootwear
strongly recommends you fully insure your return
shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can
provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
- DEFECTIVE returns: All of Grindersfootwear.com's merchandise has been inspected both at the factory and by our warehouse personnel. If you do somehow receive a defective item it must be returned directly to Grindersfootwear.com within 14 days from the date of receipt. After we receive the item you believe is defective we will inspect it. If we determine the item is defective we will send out an exact replacement item.

NON-DEFECTIVE returns: can be
accepted by
Grindersfootwear.com within 14 days from receipt of goods, at
Grindersfootwear.com's discretion as long as there is absolutely no
signs of wear. These items can be returned for: exchange or full refund (minus shipping)
- REFUNDS are at the discretion of Grindersfootwear.com and will be sent in the mail and issued via company check within 7 days of receipt of the return.
Check payment
policy
Grindersfootwear.com does NOT accept personal or business checks. For
mail-order (prepaid) items Grindersfootwear.com will only accept Cashier's
checks or Money Orders made in U.S. Dollars (must be made out to "Berlin Wall")
Credit Cards
Credit card charges are processed online after ordering the products and/or
services. Most orders leave within 1-2 business days.
For the
Customer's protection (and our own), we ship only to the verified billing address of the
